Peter Bliss is enthusiastic to be leading his first group to Kerala, India for a blissful 10 to 14 day Health and Wellness Retreat. Joining forces with Journeys of the Spirit, a global wellness tour operator that has been guiding Kerala Health Retreats for over 15 years, Peter will lead you on a healthy, inspiring, relaxing and rejuvenating experience to which will help you live life to the fullest!

This Kerala Health Retreat package includes:

  • Your choice of a 10 or 14 day package

  • Accommodation in beautiful beach side cottages set in secluded tropical gardens, with a choice of 2 categories

  • Daily consultation with a personalised Ayurvedic Practitioner to assess and monitor your wellbeing aspirations

  • All Ayurvedic gourmet vegetarian meals are included. Your diet meals will be tailored to your personal body type for maximum detox, rejuvenation and revitalising benefits

  • All fresh juices, teas and beverages included

  • Ayurvedic Rejuvenation Therapy treatments and body massages for 1.5 - 2 hours per day for the duration of  your stay
